Tucked into the heart of Central Park near 96th Street, this is New York City's largest public tennis facility — 26 clay courts and 4 hard courts run by NYC Parks. Frederick Johnson Tennis Courts

Frederick Johnson Tennis Courts has eight public outdoor tennis courts in Harlem: four asphalt/hard and four labeled Mondo synthetic by NYC Parks. The Harlem Junior Tennis and Education Program manages tennis operations here. Locally known as The Jungle, it serves neighborhood players.

96th Street Clay Tennis Courts

Ten outdoor red clay courts are located at Riverside Park near West 96th Street on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Riverside Tennis Association offers adult and junior programs, private lessons and summer camps here.
