Court 16 is an indoor tennis and pickleball club in Long Island City, Queens — the only permanent indoor tennis courts in the borough. Courts are LED-illuminated, and reviewers consistently praise a welcoming, judgement-free coaching community, from total beginners to advanced players.

Courts & conditions

Indoor courts with LED-illuminated lighting. Alongside standard adult courts, Court 16 runs USTA-sanctioned junior courts sized for ages 5-11 and a mini court for the youngest players ages 4-6.

Good to know

Court rentals and adult group classes are booked online or via the club's app. A pro shop on site sells and rents Babolat racquets, shoes and balls, and ball machine training is available. Membership is required to enroll in the Kids Tennis Academy.
