Four outdoor hard courts situated behind the Shalu District Office on Zhenzheng Road, managed by the District Office as a neighbourhood public facility. Convenient for local residents in the Beishi area of Shalu.
臺中市國際網球中心
A major city-owned international-standard tennis facility in Beitun District, operated by Northwest International Sports Marketing on behalf of Taichung City Government. Phase 1 features 11 outdoor hard courts including a professional-grade central court; a second phase adding 6 more courts is planned. On-site athlete dormitories and full administrative facilities make it a hub for competitive tennis in central Taiwan.

National Chung Hsing University (NCHU) operates six outdoor tennis courts on its main Taichung campus — four hard courts and two clay courts. Located within a spacious university campus, the facility primarily serves students, faculty, and staff but is also accessible to alumni and the general public who obtain a sports facility usage permit.
東海大學網球場
Four outdoor painted hard tennis courts are visible at Tunghai University’s Campus II tennis area on Taiwan Boulevard. The older university inventory and the current photo caption both label four Campus II tennis courts. Teaching and team training take priority; outside players may apply under the university court-borrowing rules.
文山水資源球場
A unique single outdoor court built atop the final settling tank of the Wenshan Water Resource Recovery Center in Nantun District — an unusual and conversation-worthy setting managed by the Taichung City Water Resources Bureau. Free for public use, sharing the rooftop platform with a basketball court.

Outdoor tennis courts within Daya Sports Park, a government-built municipal sports facility in Taichung's Daya District serving residents of the Daya, Tanzi, and Shengang area. The park also features basketball courts, a lawn bowls area, and a baseball field.
