This is a free-standing practice wall next to the numbered match courts in Inokashira Park, with a hard surface. There's room for about a few people at a time, and it's a first-come, first-served setup with no lights confirmed on site.

Good to know

Open daily 8:00–19:00. Access is walk-in only — there's an unwritten local rule of roughly 15 minutes per turn when others are waiting, so be considerate and share the space.
