Peck Park's tennis courts are tucked into a big San Pedro community park, part of the LA County recreation network. It's an easygoing, open-to-everyone spot — reviewers call it "a really great place to play tennis," and one of LA's better-loved county parks overall.

Courts & conditions

Courts are outdoor. Part of the site was renovated for pickleball, and a wooden practice wall that used to stand by the lower courts was taken down in the process — a change more than one tennis reviewer misses. One recent review also noted the lighting felt a bit dim in the evening.

Good to know

Open to the public. Official hours run Mon–Fri 10am–9pm and Sat 9am–5pm, closed Sunday. Tennis classes have run here via the park's own flyers, and the courts are listed as wheelchair accessible. No confirmed pricing or booking method — check with the park directly.
