Harlem Tennis Center is home to HJTEP, a Harlem-based nonprofit tennis and education program. Four indoor hard courts host coaching, junior and adult programs, and team play, with seasonal registration open to Harlem residents and beyond.

Courts are accessed through program registration rather than walk-in or hourly booking. The Grassroots season registration fee is $350 for Harlem residents (higher for non-residents). Register online via HJTEP's official site.
