Vermont Canyon in Griffith Park has twelve public hard tennis courts arranged on two levels, with hills and hiking trails around the facility.

Twelve outdoor hard courts, unlighted, so play ends at sundown. One reviewer notes the courts were recently resurfaced.

Before you go

Weekday courts fill up, and weekends are very busy. Parking is limited to about 20 dedicated spots, and can be crowded by hikers using the nearby trails. Private and group lessons are available through certified teaching professionals on site.
