About the venue

Four public outdoor courts in Seattle's Volunteer Park, with the two upper courts set along the park's main concourse next to the Seattle Asian Art Museum and Isamu Noguchi's "Black Sun" sculpture. It's a relaxed, park setting for casual play, with the two lower courts lit for evening matches.

On court

4 concrete outdoor courts plus a practice backboard/hitting wall. The two lower courts have lights for evening play; the upper courts are unlit. Courts are older and show some wear, with players reporting occasional uneven bounces and sagging nets.
