A clay-court facility on the campus of National Chung Hsing University (NCHU) in Taichung, open to students and staff as well as the general public. It's a rare chance to play on clay within the city, set in a quiet university campus.

Courts & conditions

Two outdoor clay courts, with evening lights available for an added fee.

Good to know

Booking requires advance registration — apply at least 1 day ahead, and members of the general public must obtain a sports-facility usage permit before playing (students, staff and retirees play free). Contact the facilities office by phone: (04)2284-0230 ext. 206/208, Mon–Fri 09:00–17:00. Courts are open weekdays 09:00–16:00. Rental is NT$1,000 per court per hour (NT$300 per court per hour for long-term fixed time-slot rentals); using the lights adds NT$200 per hour.
