A tennis club founded in 2004 near the picturesque Bitan (碧潭) scenic area in Xindian, operated by former Chinese professional player Hu Na (胡娜) who defected to the US in 1982 and settled in Taiwan in 1996. The club has served as a training ground for young Taiwanese players including WTA professional Chan Yung-jan, and offers both outdoor and indoor courts beside the Xindian River.

5 outdoor hard courts and 2 indoor courts (7 courts total). The club is set alongside the Xindian River near Bitan, with free parking available.
