A large public tennis complex inside Hattori Ryokuchi park in Toyonaka, Osaka, with 18 outdoor courts split between artificial turf and clay plus night play on select courts. It's a relaxed, well-kept municipal setup surrounded by greenery — good for casual games, and with enough courts that last-minute bookings are often still possible.

Courts & conditions

18 outdoor courts in total: 13 sand-filled artificial turf and 5 clay, all open-air within Hattori Ryokuchi park. Seven of the artificial turf courts are lit for night play until 21:00. A public tennis school also operates on site.

Good to know

Book online through the Osaka prefectural tennis court system or in person at the management office — phone reservations are not accepted. Anyone can register, not just Osaka residents. Lockers are available for a small fee, with restrooms, changing rooms, parking, ball sales, and racket rental on site.
