A well-kept public tennis facility inside Hikarigaoka Park in Nerima, popular for its clean courts and generous spacing between them. It's a relaxed, park-side spot to play, with a bakery kiosk and autumn foliage nearby making it a nice place to linger before or after a match.

Courts & conditions

Eight outdoor artificial-turf (omni) courts, kept in clean, well-maintained condition, plus a separate area with 8 concrete practice-wall bays for solo hitting. Evening lights let play continue until 9pm.

Good to know

Reservations are made online, and registration is open to residents outside Tokyo too. Facilities include restrooms, changing rooms, showers, water fountains, wheelchair access and parking (paid, with generous capacity) — note the changing-room restroom requires removing shoes, though one multi-purpose toilet does not.
