Book with Katsushika Ward

Run by Katsushika Ward. Register free of charge at the counter of an Okudo or Mizumoto sports centre (not by post), with an ID such as a passport, plus a bank passbook or cash card and the bank seal for the fee debit. Only individuals who live, work or study in the ward can enter the lottery (apply on the 1st to 10th of the month two months before use). Everyone else, including outside-ward individuals, books the open slots first come first served on the ward reservation system from 7:00 on the same date one month before.
