A long-running indoor tennis club in Edogawa, close to Kasai Station, popular with both lesson students and visitors looking to rent a court regardless of the weather outside. Coaching is well regarded and the club draws a friendly, regular crowd, with a pro shop and stringing service on site for players who want to gear up before they play.

Courts & conditions

Three indoor courts with a 12m-high ceiling and 6m of run-off behind the baseline, built to full match specifications. LED lighting is installed throughout. An outdoor ball-machine bay is also available for practice, and a soft tennis class runs alongside the regular tennis programme.

Good to know

Court rental must be booked in advance by phone; both members and visitors can rent a court, with separate weekday and holiday rates for each (visitor rate from ¥3,520/hour). Free parking is available next door, and the club offers free racquet and shoe rental plus a locker room and shower facilities.
