TRIFIT LA is a full-service athletic club on the Westside of Los Angeles, better known for its gym and squash than tennis, but it does have outdoor hard courts open to the public alongside members. It's a relaxed, well-run option if you're staying near Santa Monica and want a quick, easy game without a club membership.

Courts & conditions

Two outdoor hard courts. The West Court is for open play, available to members and the general public (coaching is not permitted there); the East Court is reserved for registered tennis pros only.

Good to know

Tennis reservations open 3 days in advance, booked online. The West Court runs $5/hour. On site: free parking, locker rooms with showers, and free Wi-Fi.
