About the venue

DQ Tennis is a self-serve indoor practice studio tucked into a Sunnyvale shopping center, built for players who want to work on their game solo, on their own schedule. Three ball-machine lanes let you drill shots in a quiet, air-conditioned room without a practice partner, subject to lane availability. It's a good pick for focused practice sessions rather than full matches.

On court

The room has three indoor practice lanes, each fed by its own ball machine controllable from a tablet for spin, speed, and placement. The flooring is a professional-grade terracotta-toned sports surface that's anti-slip, knee-friendly, and quiet underfoot, and the whole space is air-conditioned.

Before you go

Booking, registration, and payment all run through the CourtReserve platform online; walk-ins are also welcome if a lane is free. Loaner racquets are free to borrow, and RSPA-certified coaches offer private and group lessons for kids and adults. The room can also be booked for private events such as corporate offsites or kids' birthday parties. Hours run roughly noon–9pm on weekdays (until 10pm Friday), and 10am–10pm/9pm on weekends.
