Ten public hard courts at Lowell High School, near Lake Merced in San Francisco's southwest corner — one of the largest tennis setups in the city. Weekends and school holidays now open to the public via online reservation, making this a solid pick for visiting players looking for real match play in a school-tradition setting.

Ten hard courts, all outdoors, with no floodlights — play is limited to daylight hours (Saturdays and Sundays, 7am–8pm).

Before you go

Book online through the FOLT/USTA reservation system; courts open for booking 7 days in advance from 7am. A 4-digit PIN from your booking gets you onto the courts. Parking is available in the lot on the Lake Merced side of campus; pickleball is not allowed on these courts.
