Courts are free and open to the public on a first-come, first-served basis — no reservations, tournaments, or scheduled play without written consent from the City. There's room for roughly 20 cars and a single portable toilet on site; look for the small unmarked gap in the block wall to enter. Posted park hours run 7am–10pm daily.
