Courts cannot be reserved or scheduled without the city's written consent, and the city's own programs have priority. City parks are open 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. When others are waiting, play is limited to a 3-minute warm-up, then one set for singles or two sets for doubles, or a 30-minute rally.
