Four outdoor hard courts in Seattle's Lower Woodland Playfield, known locally as "Upper Woodland," set among Pacific Northwest trees along N 50th St. It's a laid-back, well-used neighborhood court where locals drop in for a casual match any time of year.

Courts & conditions

Four concrete hard courts, unlit, so plan to play during daylight hours — trees around the courts mean light fades quickly in early morning and evening. Courts are reported in reasonably good shape overall, though a few reviewers mention occasional cracks and dead spots in the pavement.

Book online in advance for $16/hour (1-hour minimum), or just show up — courts are free on a first-come, first-served basis when not reserved, capped at 90 minutes per session.
