On Randall's Island in the middle of Manhattan, John McEnroe Tennis Academy is billed as the largest indoor tennis club and training facility in the world. It's a membership club built for serious junior and adult players, with padel and pickleball also on site alongside a pro shop and cafe.

Courts & conditions

30 indoor tennis courts, split between soft and hard surfaces, form the core of the club alongside its padel and pickleball courts on Randall's Island.

Membership is required to play here; members get discounted, sometimes complimentary, court time and can book online via Reserve Court. The club is open daily 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM, and also offers private lessons and on-site parking.
