Three free public hard courts along the Hudson River waterfront in Manhattan, part of a long green promenade with river views, paths, and plenty of spots to sit and take in the scenery. First-come, first-served play with no permits or reservations needed makes it an easy stop for a casual hit.

Courts & conditions

Three outdoor hardcourts, free and open to the public daily from 6:00 AM to 1:00 AM. No reservations are accepted; play is first come, first served.

Good to know

When school is in session, courts are reserved for permit-holding schools on weekdays from 3:30–5:30 PM, and must be vacated immediately if a school arrives. A maximum of six balls is allowed per court, and no professional lessons or ball hoppers are permitted.
