Mercer Island's city tennis courts are open for play first come, first served, from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. unless a sign says otherwise. When others are waiting, play is limited to one set or 45 minutes, and tennis has priority over other users. At parks other than Island Crest and Roanoke, the city allows limited private reservations: up to 2 hours a day per group or instructor, and no more than 2 courts per location.
