About the venue

School playing fields on Hunts Slip Road used by over 3,500 pupils from Dulwich Prep & Senior School and Kingsdale Foundation School, with hard tennis courts among grass football, cricket and rugby pitches. A major redevelopment (resurfaced multi-use courts, padel courts, new pavilion) is only at the public-consultation/planning stage, and community access arrangements, booking system and hours have not yet been determined.

Before you go

The operator says the tennis courts are currently practically unusable because of waterlogging or poor surfaces. Its history page says the playing fields as a whole are unusable for around 130 days each year. Upgraded courts remain a redevelopment proposal, so confirm whether tennis is playable before travelling.
