A budget-friendly public tennis spot tucked inside Suan Rot Fai (Railway Park) in Bangkok's Chatuchak district — a green, relaxed setting popular with local players. Courts are run by the city sports center, with lessons also offered on some of them, and the low price draws a steady, sometimes crowded, crowd of regulars.

Courts & conditions

Public outdoor clay courts in Wachirabenchathat Park (Suan Rot Fai), run by the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration's sports center. There's a free practice wall, plus a knock-out board on Court 2. Courts show some cracks but remain playable, and lights keep play going into the evening (closing around 8pm).

Good to know

Book via the CSTD Smart Member app (evening slots can be hard to get); court rental runs 80 THB/hour. Parking near the park can be tight and traffic heavy in the evenings, so allow extra time.
