Individual walk-up use (no reservation) is available in two ¥250 per-person 2-hour blocks (8:00–10:00 and 10:00–12:00) on the 2nd/4th Saturday, Sunday, and holidays, limited to Mitaka residents, workers, or students with a city card. Note: as of just before this listing was checked, the facility had an active temporary closure due to flooding — confirm it has reopened before visiting.
