Outside individuals need two faculty recommendations to apply for membership. Four outdoor clay courts at Kaohsiung Medical University. Individual play uses an annual membership card; outside community members may apply with two faculty recommendations. Outside organizations may separately apply for approved four-hour group rental. Casual public drop-in is not advertised.

4 outdoor clay courts. Students and faculty: Mon–Fri 06:00–22:00, Sat–Sun 06:00–18:00. Alumni and outside community: Mon–Fri 06:00–08:00 and 17:00–22:00, Sat–Sun 06:00–18:00. Max 4 players per court; 30-minute rotation rule applies.

Individual membership fees in the posted rules: students NT$200, faculty/staff NT$1,000, alumni/families NT$2,000, outside community NT$4,000 per academic year (the latter requires two faculty recommendations). The 2025 group-rental policy lists NT$4,000 per four-hour tennis-venue session for outside organizations, NT$2,800 for events co-hosted with KMU, and NT$2,000 for university or student groups; outside organizations apply one month ahead.
