About the venue

Mingchi Elementary School Tennis Court is on the grounds of Mingchi Elementary School in Hualien City, Hualien County, and the school manages its loan. Members of the public, organisations and community groups can apply to use it.

Before you go

The school must approve use first. Register a booking with the general affairs office on 03-822-2231 ext. 701, and return the completed rental application with an activity plan and timetable. A directory listing says the court is closed to outsiders from 08:30 to 17:30 on weekdays outside winter and summer vacation, because students have PE classes. Get the school's permission before switching on the lights. If you need parking, ask for it when you book; the school opens parking space at its south gate during the rental.
