About

Zhubei's only public tennis facility until the 2026 rooftop courts opened, the Sanmin courts are 4 outdoor courts at the Hsinchu County Sports Stadium on Fuxing E. Rd. Managed under the county sports stadium and currently contracted to a private operator. Extremely popular — locals describe queuing just to get court time in a city of 200,000+ residents.

Courts & conditions

4 outdoor courts managed by a private operator under Hsinchu County Sports Stadium. Night lighting available (charged per court per 30 min). A Google Calendar shows real-time booking availability. Court surface type not confirmed in official sources.

A tennis certificate (網球證) is required to use the courts regularly. Fees: general public NT$1,000/half-year; students (under 25) NT$300/half-year; seniors 65+ and disabled persons FREE. Card processing fee: NT$100 (new) or NT$50 (renewal). Walk-in / temporary play without a card: NT$50/person/30 min. Night lighting: NT$50/court/30 min (extra charge).
