About the venue

Zhubei's only public tennis facility until the 2026 rooftop courts opened, the Sanmin courts are 4 outdoor courts at the Hsinchu County Sports Stadium on Fuxing E. Rd. Managed under the county sports stadium and currently contracted to a private operator. Extremely popular — locals describe queuing just to get court time in a city of 200,000+ residents.

A tennis certificate is required for regular use. Card processing fee: NT$100 (new) or NT$50 (renewal). Apply online at https://dgservice.hccg.gov.tw/serviceNotice.do?rule=guest&id=3 (min. 3 business days) or in person for same-day issuance.
