Individual access requires a semi-annual tennis card (網球證): general public TWD 1,000, students TWD 300, seniors 65+/disabled free. Without a card: TWD 50/person/30min (臨時掛牌). Night lights are extra at TWD 50/court/30min. Sports groups/events can rent courts at TWD 100/court/hr with a TWD 5,000 refundable deposit. The card covers all four Hsinchu City tennis courts.

A large public tennis facility managed by Hsinchu City Stadium, offering 8 outdoor clay courts (mineral powder surface) with 500-seat spectator stands. One of the main municipal tennis venues in Hsinchu City, open daily and accessible to anyone who holds or purchases a city tennis card. A well-established community court with locker facilities.

Courts & conditions

8 outdoor clay (mineral powder) courts with lights. Seating for 500 spectators. Open Mon–Sun 06:00–22:00; national holidays 08:00–17:00. Requires a city tennis card (網球證) for individual play; walk-in without card charged by the half-hour per person.
