This is a single outdoor hard court run by Kampong Glam Community Club, open daily from 10:45am to 9:45pm. Lighting for evening play is available, though a reviewer noted the night lighting is uneven and can make it hard to track high balls.

Good to know

Book through the OnePA portal (one.pa.gov.sg) — only 5 booking slots are released per day, so it's worth logging on right when the window opens. The club also has a separate on-site badminton court, plus restrooms, water and wifi for players.
