Access
Open to the public Public access does not mean walk-in access; check the booking rules.
Reserve online
Reserve on Seoul's public service reservation site (yeyak.seoul.go.kr). The Hangang Park site lists 8,000 won for up to 2 hours, plus 30% on weekends, public holidays and when you use the lights. Seoul amended the Hangang ordinance, and four court pages say fee changes apply after the current contract ends, so check the price when you book. Contractors run the courts, and each court's page on the Hangang Park site lists their phone number. Seoul's guidebook says foreign residents need an alien registration certificate to book; no route for short-stay visitors is published.
