About
Four outdoor artificial-turf courts sit inside Sanadayama Park, a green, easy-access pocket of Tennoji ward a short walk from Tamatsukuri Station. Run by the City of Osaka, the courts draw a steady mix of local players for casual hitting, lessons, and league matches, with night lighting extending play into the evening.
Courts & conditions
The four courts are sand-filled artificial turf (砂入人工芝), noted by reviewers for good drainage — water clears quickly even after rain. Courtside benches offer shade, and 15 floodlights keep the courts lit for night play until 21:00, May through September.
Good to know
Registration is open to anyone who lives, works, or studies in Osaka City (junior-high age and up) — apply for an OPAS registration card online, by phone, or in person, then bring your card and booking slip to check in. Courts are popular and can be hard to reserve. Fees run ¥800/hour, plus a ¥2,700/hour night-lighting surcharge from 19:00–21:00 (May–September). Restrooms, lockers, and 23 parking spaces are on site.
