A large public sports complex in Suginami Ward run by the city, with four outdoor tennis courts among its many facilities (gym, pool, gymnasium and more). It's a practical, affordable option for local play, popular with residents and open to visitors from outside the ward too.

Courts & conditions

Four outdoor courts with a sand-filled artificial turf surface, plus night lighting so you can play after work until around 21:00.

Good to know

Advance registration and a reservation are required to play — bookings go through Suginami Ward's "Sazanka Net" system online, via touch-panel kiosks at the facility, or by mobile, with courts assigned by lottery or first-come-first-served. Court fees are paid in cash at the counter on the day of play (early-morning slots must be paid the day before). Parking and lockers/showers are available on site.
