A ward-run public park in Suginami with a broad open lawn and tree-lined grounds, popular with joggers, dog walkers, and families by day. Tucked within the park are four outdoor artificial-grass tennis courts, open to anyone who registers through the city's booking system, not just local residents.

Courts & conditions

Four outdoor artificial-grass courts at a ward-run park facility, open 9am–5pm daily (closed year-end Dec 29–Jan 3). No floodlights, so play is daytime only.

Good to know

Book online via Suginami City's "Sazanka Net" sports facility reservation system. Court rental is ¥1,500 for 2 hours, with a half-price rate for youth and disabled groups. There's no on-site parking, so come by public transport or bicycle; a wheelchair-accessible restroom is available.
