Good to know

Bookings are via the Shinagawa ward facility reservation system online, by phone, or in person; in-ward residents get priority in the lottery and pay a lower rate (¥700/hour) than non-residents (¥1,400/hour), plus ¥600/hour for lighting. Amenities include changing rooms, restrooms, a water fountain, and a (paid) shower room.
