About the venue

A popular public tennis facility inside Shibuya's ward sports center, a short walk from Hatagaya Station. Four outdoor courts serve everyone from walk-in singles players to organized ward groups, set within a larger complex that also hosts futsal and other sports.

The center has four outdoor courts. Lessons are available through the venue's affiliated tennis school.

Before you go

Individual play has walk-in periods with tickets from the on-site machine; group play requires a reservation, generally by the previous day. Official rules limit individual use to Shibuya residents, workers and students; a third-party account says IDs are not checked, so confirm eligibility with the center. The outdoor courts close at 20:20, and the center closes on the first and third Monday of each month and over year-end holidays. The center’s final exit time is 21:00, after outdoor courts close at 20:20.
