A workers' welfare hall in Ota's Keihinjima industrial district with a single outdoor-style tennis court, run by the Tokyo Kosha public facility operator. Priority goes to those working in the area, but the court opens up to the general public when slots are free, making it a low-key, affordable option away from central Tokyo. An on-site restaurant and free parking round out a no-frills, functional stop for a quick game.

Courts & conditions

There's one omni-style court — sand-filled artificial turf — with night lighting available for evening play. Weekday hours run 9:00–20:30 (Saturdays until 20:20), and the facility is closed Sundays, holidays, and the New Year period.

Good to know

Court bookings are taken by phone or in person at the counter — no online booking. Priority is given to workers based in the Keihinjima area; other Tokyo residents/workers may use the court only when availability allows. Rental is ¥1,000/hour plus a ¥100/hour night lighting surcharge. Free parking (21 spaces) is available, and there's an on-site restaurant. The hall also offers a gymnasium for volleyball, basketball, table tennis, and badminton.
