About the venue

A long-established membership tennis club in Denenchofu, Tokyo, set among trees with a wood deck and lounge for relaxing between sets. Best known for its clay courts, on-site coaching, showers and a snack bar serving light food and beer after play — a classic, old-school club atmosphere for members and their guests.

On court

14 outdoor clay courts, prized for their soft, joint-friendly surface and kept in shape with post-rain rolling. Five courts (1, 5, 10, 11 and 14) are available for daytime play, with courts 1 and 5 lit for night tennis until 21:00.

Before you go

This is a membership club, but non-members may play as member-accompanied visitors with a booking made by the previous day. Member walk-in rules are not established by the visitor policy.

Daily: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Club hours are Mar–Sep 08:00–21:00 and Oct–Feb 09:00–21:00. Closed Dec 31–Jan 2.
