Nishi Sports Center is a city-run sports complex in Osaka's Nishi ward, with an indoor tennis court marked out inside its main gym hall alongside basketball, volleyball, badminton and table tennis. It's a public, no-frills option for a casual game rather than a dedicated tennis club, and the building also houses judo and kendo halls.

Courts & conditions

The court is indoor and line-marked inside the main gym hall, lit for play. The center opens 09:00–21:00 Tuesday through Sunday and is closed on Mondays.

Good to know

This is a registration-based municipal facility — advance booking is required and walk-ins aren't guaranteed a court. Use is generally limited to Osaka City residents, workers, or students. Hall rental (shared with other sports) starts from about ¥1,400 for a 3-hour weekday block, rising on weekends and holidays. On-site amenities include parking (with accessible spaces), wheelchair loan, accessible restrooms, and coaching.
