Tortoise Run Tennis Club is a compact indoor club in Moriguchi, on the northern edge of Osaka. Its two courts use a cushioned garnet-turf surface designed to be gentle on the body, and the club keeps a lively group-lesson culture alongside monthly singles and doubles events for members.

Courts & conditions

The club has two indoor courts finished in a high-density artificial turf infused with fine natural garnet particles, marketed as gentle on the joints. Being fully indoor, play isn't affected by rain or sun, and the courts have lighting for evening sessions.

Good to know

Courts can be booked online or by phone; online bookings open from the 1st of the previous month through the day before play. Rates differ for members and non-members, roughly ¥2,750–4,950 per court per hour depending on day and time. The club offers free parking (30 spaces), free racket and shoe rental, changing rooms with sinks and showers, and an on-site pro shop.
