A public tennis ground within Mitaka's Osawa Sports Ground complex, offering six outdoor courts for casual pay-and-play. It's a well-kept, budget-friendly option for a casual hit, with surrounding trees offering some shade in summer.

Courts & conditions

Six sand-filled artificial-turf courts sit outdoors at this municipal ground in Mitaka, open daily 7:00-21:00 with night lighting available across the same hours. Being right next to Chofu Airport, players sometimes hear light aircraft noise overhead.

Good to know

No advance reservations for individual use — sign up in person at the management building on the day. Individual use is 500 JPY per person for a 2-hour block, group use is 1,500 JPY per court, plus a 250 JPY per-court night lighting fee per 30 minutes.
