About
Hoya Royal Tennis Club is a members-oriented outdoor tennis club in Nishitokyo, on the western edge of Tokyo. Its eight courts — clay and artificial clay — plus a dedicated wall-practice corner give it a friendly, game-loving atmosphere. Visitors can join as day-use guests alongside members, playing from morning until sunset most days of the week.
Courts & conditions
The club has eight tennis courts: two outdoor clay courts and three outdoor artificial-clay (omni) courts open to general play, plus three further outdoor courts reserved for the on-site tennis school. A separate wall-practice court is also available for solo hitting.
Good to know
Bookings and inquiries go through the club by phone. It opens daily from 9:00 until sunset, closed Mondays (or Tuesday if Monday is a public holiday). Day-use visitor rates run from about ¥2,970 for a weekday half-day up to ¥4,200 for a weekend/holiday full day, and wall-practice access is ¥550 per person. On-site facilities include showers, lockers, and parking for about 35 cars.
