A public sports complex in Kita, Tokyo, run by the Japan Institute of Sports Sciences as part of Japan's national training center campus. Alongside elite-athlete facilities, it opens eight outdoor artificial-turf courts to the public on weekday mornings — a rare chance to play on grounds shared with the country's top athletes.

Courts & conditions

Eight outdoor sand-filled artificial-turf courts are open to the public. Indoor courts (hard and clay) at this training-center campus are reserved for elite athletes and not available to general visitors. Outdoor play ends at sunset, as there are no floodlights for evening use.

Good to know

Public visitor slots run weekdays 9:00–12:00 at ¥950 per person, first-come with reception from 8:45 for the first 6 players. Facilities include lockers and showers. Contact the clubhouse by phone to confirm access.
