About

A large, laid-back metropolitan park in Itabashi built around a lake and windmill, with running paths, playgrounds and open lawns alongside its tennis courts. It's a pleasant, unfussy spot for a public game — come for the tennis, stay for a walk around the pond afterward.

Courts & conditions

Four outdoor artificial-grass (sand-filled) courts at this Tokyo metropolitan park, open daily 9:00–21:00. Night lighting runs on the later hours for a small surcharge, so evening sessions are an option.
