An indoor tennis and golf school in Adachi, Tokyo, set inside a multi-storey sports plaza. A relaxed, welcoming atmosphere suits beginners as much as regulars, with coaching available alongside open visitor play.

Courts & conditions

Three indoor hard courts with lights for evening play, plus dedicated wall-hitting (rally wall) and auto-tennis (ball machine) practice areas within the same indoor facility.

Good to know

Open Mon–Fri 9:00–22:30, Sat 8:00–22:00, Sun 8:00–18:30. Visitors are welcome; bookings are taken by phone through the school front desk (03-3850-6530) or via the online reservation system, up to four weeks in advance. Rental shoes and racquets are available (¥220 each), along with stringing, a pro shop, showers, changing rooms, restrooms and parking. Courts are on an upper floor reached by stairs.
