A municipally operated tennis complex inside the Xinying Sports Stadium grounds, featuring 9 courts — 8 red clay and 1 accessible acrylic hard court — that meet international and national competition standards. Two dedicated show courts with spectator seating make it the premier tennis venue in northern Tainan. Currently operated by Xinying Lehuo Enterprise on behalf of the city.
