An open-air public tennis court located alongside the Nanzaigou pump station near the Xinyue Bridge in Banqiao, managed by the New Taipei City High Riverbank Engineering Management Office. Tucked into the riverside greenway, it offers a convenient and free option for neighbourhood players.

Groups wishing to reserve courts for organised activities must apply in advance via the HRCM booking system (mp.hrcm.ntpc.gov.tw): TWD 600/court per 4-hour session on weekdays, TWD 800 on weekends/holidays.
