A ward-run public sports ground in Nishi-Sugamo, tucked in with an archery range on the same grounds. It's a low-key, neighborhood spot for a straightforward hit, open to visitors from outside the ward as well as locals.

Two well-maintained outdoor hard courts, run by Toshima Ward. There's no floodlighting, so play is limited to daytime hours only.

Court use requires registering with Toshima Ward's public facility reservation system before booking, even for visitors from outside the ward. Basic pricing is ¥2,000 for a 2-hour slot, or ¥3,000 for a 3-hour slot.
