A ward-run public park in Setagaya with two outdoor tennis courts set among a much larger green space that also includes a baseball field, pool, and even an ancient burial mound (kofun) you can climb. It's a laid-back, family-friendly spot with plenty of room to move, popular with locals for both sport and a stroll.
